Best Meatball Recipe After various experiments and trying different recipes, this is the recipe I've developed for great meatballs. Ingredients: - 1 lb hamburg (85% lean is my choice) - 1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese - 1 large egg - 1/2 cup beef broth - 1 table spoon red wine - 1 large clove roasted garlic 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2: Mix ingredient in large bowl. 3: Shape meatballs and place in a greased cake or roasting pan. 4: Cook for 35 minutes. Add to marinara sauce for spaghetti or any other recipe calling for meatballs. *If you do not have seasoned breadcrumbs use plain breadcrumbs and season them yourself with oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme.
